It will accommodate up to 12 people in the canteen area on two tables and comes complete with heating, electrics, 800 litre storage, microwave, forearm sink with hot water, towel/soap dispensers and a window with security shutter

The office has desk space for three people with storage shelves, three office chairs and three double electrical sockets. The recirculating chemical toilet area has a hot wash basin, high-security skylight and LED light.

A separate drying room houses the diesel generator with a tubular heater and coat hooks.
